This policy explains which personal data is collected, why, and what your rights are. It applies to the website rizen-agency.com.
Data controller

Data collected
- Contact form: name, email address, type of project and message.
- Direct exchanges: the information you send by email, WhatsApp or during a phone or video call.
- Appointment booking: name, email and time slot, handled through the Cal.com tool.
- Browsing data: pages viewed, visit duration, origin and type of device, through an audience measurement tool that uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your requests, preparing a quote and getting back to you (legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request).
- Sending you an automatic acknowledgement after the form is submitted (legal basis: your request).
- Organising the appointments you book (legal basis: your request).
- Measuring the website's audience in order to improve it (legal basis: legitimate interest; the tool sets no cookie and does not track people from one website to another).
- Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).
Recipients and processors
Your data is processed by the publisher and by the technical providers strictly necessary to run the website. No data is sold or used for advertising purposes.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting of the website and, where applicable, of the contact database.
- Resend, Inc. (United States): sending of the form emails (notification and acknowledgement).
- Cal.com, Inc. (United States): appointment booking.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers are established in the United States. Transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where the provider has joined it, by the Data Privacy Framework.
Retention period
Data from the form and from prospecting exchanges is kept for 3 years from the last contact that received no follow-up. Data relating to a signed project is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in line with legal time limits. Audience statistics are aggregated and kept for a maximum of 13 months. Accounting documents are kept for 10 years, as required by law.
Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to the data is limited to the publisher and its technical providers. Reasonable measures are in place to protect the data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
Automated decision-making
No decision producing legal effects is made solely on the basis of automated processing, and no profiling is carried out.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@rizen-agency.com; you will receive a reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
The use of cookies is detailed on the “Cookies” page, which can be reached from the footer. The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect a change in the website or in the regulations. The date of last update shown at the top of the page is authoritative.
